- I talked to USR a week ago about the VI, and asked if it can be upgraded
- to 33.6k. They said that the VI is NOT compatable with the 33.6 ROM
- chip, and at present time they were unsure as to whether or not it would
- ever be. I had purchased a VI a few days before this, and returned it
- the next day.
-
- One other thing... USR cust. support is the worst... I sat on hold for
- 35 mins(on my dime) before I was helped, and the person helping me
- basically didn't have a clue. She needed to put me on hold after every
- question, to get an answer from her supervisor.
-
- Hope this helps...
