  23. I talked to USR a week ago about the VI, and asked if it can be upgraded 
  24. to 33.6k.  They said that the VI is NOT compatable with the 33.6 ROM 
  25. chip, and at present time they were unsure as to whether or not it would 
  26. ever be.  I had purchased a VI a few days before this, and returned it 
  27. the next day.

  29. One other thing...  USR cust. support is the worst... I sat on hold for 
  30. 35 mins(on my dime) before I was helped, and the person helping me 
  31. basically didn't have a clue.  She needed to put me on hold after every 
  32. question, to get an answer from her supervisor.
